Bump Stops for use with Bilstein inserts

Curt, the Bilstein inserts come with the bump stops built into the units.
You don't have to add anything extra at all. As for the dust boots, they are
of a proprietary design and come with the package. If you're missing the
boots you'll have to buy them separately or fabricate something.

Insert shaft diameter is too large for stock to work, has anyone found an
alternative for these? also need to find some replacement Dust Boots for
