Power Steering pump
Running any pump dry will harm it. The rack is only the slave and you should
have no problem here. That hose is just that a hose. If the normal sources
don't have it take it to the FLAPS that makes hydraulic hose. They should be
able to reuse your fittings to make something that will work.
