No kidding!!  Talked to my cousin the other day who lives in Temecula and
she said their gonna start making people pay by the MILE!!!  for vehicles
that don't get over 20 mpg.  She has 4 kids and can't use anything other
than a minivan or something the sucks the gas.  Man, making you pay for
having more kids now!!  Plus, what are the big 4 gonna say when everyone
stops buying SUVs and Minivans because the Gov of CA decided to punish
people for paying more taxes in gas by having a low mpg vehicle???  Weird
but hey, that's CA for ya!!
