Whose rocco does "La Cucaracha?"

My Rocco does not have any bell at all. But my Jetta has the La cucaracha.
It was getting annoying though each time I start the car it rings, so I
unplugged the wire that goes to the seat belt, Now it only goes on when I
leave the lights on, which is all I want. It goes faster too, Its la
cucaracha on caffeine.
