Well, I did this to myself- I missed a run with the fellas one day
because of a strange tick tick tick- turned out the PP bolts had backed
out and the PP and crank had slapped together enough to cause a liquid
portion of the metal to ;float off the back of the PP. Looked a little
like old points style Ignition.
I have a new block in there now while I determine if the old crank is
compromised or not.
On the new one I locked the crank from turning and broke out the 1/2"
breaker bar to crank the dam things down. And used locktite. Again.
