Pull it. Its the 5th gear housing. if the finger, pushrod or throwout
bearing is broke/bad, its easiest to fix it this way than dropping the
whole tranny.

Oh yeah. he's got that and a bag of cookies. Have him send you a new 5th
gear housing gasket while your at it. Plus any other parts you might need
to fix it. GL!
