smallest battery?

Well, its a tough job, but... ;^)

Yep, and I've considered his perspective thoroughly. The 3000GT/Stealth is a
significantly bigger car with more motor to turn over and *lots* more
electrical accessories to power. My Scirocco, on the other hand, has a big
alternator and hardly any accessories (no AC or radio, e.g.). Furthermore, I
don't intend to run it during the winter. With all that in mind, I think it
is more or less ideal for my needs.
That it is a tiny dry cell and can be turned on its side is another big
plus. That'll enable me to mount it in the spare tire well (low, centered,
and rearwards) or in the passenger's side quarter panel (low, rearwards, and
far to the passenger's side to counterbalance the driver). I'll pick the
final location based on the corner weights. Pretty good ideas, eh?
Btw, I also hear that the Miata battery is a tidy little package.
