Non-Cat MK1?

I found a non-cat '79 for sale in my area. has some rust and 256k on the 
clock. the guy said that it got a new motor around 100k, but that still 
means 156k on the "new" motor. I did note, however, that on the inside of 
the drivers door there is a sticker that says non-cataylist and that this 
one is a Wolfie. How many Rocs came like this?

I can probably get this car for like $250. what do you guys think?
