Tranny info please

I have the stock 16V tranny (AGB i believe)  and was wondering if it
possible to put in the .75 gear from the other VW trannies fairly easily.  I
can change an intake cam and replace motor mounts so i am decent with tools
:)  The reason i bring this back up is i actually like the first four gears
i have, just want a highway cruise gear.  Most bang, least amount of effort
and cash.  Ron you have any spare .75 fifth gears laying around?
