No power under 3000 rpm



I hope the tensioner was replaced with the timing belt?  The tensioner
may have hiccuped and you jumped a tooth.  Otherwise, maybe something
else is bogging you down.  This is a stretch, but if your belts are too
tight, the loss of low-end power could be explained; however, this
shouldn't be the case since your car WAS running fine.

Lets get more details on the tune up.  Type of plugs, yadda, yadda.

Go out first and check your belt timing.
