If you examine the wiring diagrams you'll see that certain circuits
contain various devices and are fused. For example, the clock in the
cluster is fused on the same circuit as a few other things (glovebox
light?). If certain things aren't working, check the Bentley to see
what else is on the same circuit and see if they're all dead too. If
so, check the appropriate fuse. If the fuse is ok, you'll have to
dig a little deeper... And remember that NONE of the lights in the
center console or dash are fused at all.

Don't have a part number but the bulbs will come out of the holders
if you pull them. Sort of like a christmas tree light...
>4.) Can I test the HVAC panel light somehow?
Got a voltmeter or test light? If you do then you can test to see if
that plug is getting a good 12V and a good ground. In my experience,
at this point almost all of the dash lights are going to need to be
replaced. They did on my '87 anyways...
