Stuck head bolt?

   Trying to pull the head off the block, and the number 8 head=
 bolt is stuck. It's the one next to the timing chain gear and=
 dizzy. The bolt is unscrewed from the block, but I can't pull it=
 out of the head. It seems like the washer is getting stuck on=
 the gear. Anyone else had this problem before? I guess I'm just=
 going to have to pull the exhaust cam out, but I was hoping I=
 could avoid doing that (more work).
