Upgrading to 16V Scirocco Brakes

Hi all,

My friend wants to upgrade the brakes on his 75 Rabbit to the bigger 16V
scirocco brakes.  What does he need for the install?  Does he need to change
the master cylinder?  If we change to the 16V master cylinder, does he also
need the vaccum booster from the 16V Scirocco or will another also work?

Finally, does anyone have the setup for sale?  TIA
