IIRC you can't prime a 16V like you can an 8V. I removed the plugs and
cranked it until I got pressure, then buttoned it up and started it.

Archive search this...good tips on using a vise. Or course, if you
were near, you could borrow an old mount housing and we'd install the
new one with my hydraulic press.... :)
