The Bentley says these have to be heated to be removed. Is this the case? If so, what should I use to heat them up? Do I have to run to the store and buy a torch? Or can I stick them in some boiling water?

Also, do I really need that special tool for tensioning the timing belt? If not, what do you all typically use?

Thanks, Jeff
