a little off topic, but still WV

Hey guys! i know i haven't been a round in a while. my roco has been up =
for the winter, and i've been busy between going to school to become a =
GM tech, and working.  but, here's my dilema...
my dad and i justbought a 97 jetta Treck GT.  it was bopped in the nose, =
and we are in hte middle of repairs.  tonight i noticed that one of the =
wires that comes off of the EVAP canister (behind the RF fender) is =
burned all the way up thought the wiring harness, and goes only god =
knows where without a service manual.  my question to you guys is...  =
does anybody know if VW has an online service manual program (like GM =
has si2000)  or does anybody have access to a 97 jetta service manual.  =
the wire color is blue with a red stripe. =20
well, wish me luck... nd if anybody has any GM Q's, i think that about =
theonly way i an repay hte list.  ;)
