[Tech] Recaro seat question

Just a note on Scott's recommendation:
I put a Procar seat in my '87, used the bracket the manufacturer said was
the correct one for my Scirocco.  This bracket said "VW Jetta" on it.  While
it fit, the seat was too high (I am less than 5' 7").  I had to make my own
bracket to get the seat down to near-stock postition.  Remember: Jettas are
a little taller than our 'rocs.
