We need to find equivalents for everything possible so we dont have to spend $10 grand for all the bits and pieces. I've been looking at bosch bov's and mitsu (bosch) fuel press regulators (adjust based on intake press) and fuel injectors and such. If we get our heads together we can really get some cheapass action going.

For $300 it should at least give you a reach around.
Check e-bay for good rebuilt T3's for under $200 on a regular basis. I bought two of mine there under $100 last year.
But, to answer your question.
You will need a turbo 16v manifold. Turbonetics is abour $375 for one, AMS is $450+ you have to get it machined. Or you can source out a home built one for around $200.
Other needed items that you must buy/beg/trade for
Downpipe
Boost Controller
EGT
A/F gauge
Coppper Shim to lower compression + two stock headgaskets
AIC if your going over 5lbs boost
Blow off Valve
modified oil pan for turbo oil return
oil lines to and from turbo
water lines to and from turbo (if its a watercooled turbo)
silicon connectors for boost tubes
boost tubes, fabricate from 2.25 exhaust pipe stock
There appear to be several of us on the list building 16vT motors right now, Is anyone interested in setting up a time to chat about it on the IRC server? Trade some thoughts and ideas that will benefit all?
