Which exhaust should I go with?

I'm not really planning on going stainless, stainless cats are awfully 
spendy

Option 4: Custom at a local shop (I was quoted $205 for cat-back, stock, 
performace muffler)

Looking for performance, good sound, good quality (read: longish 
lasting) and reasonable price.

Any opinions?

Both loud and proud (I guess I I'm actually looking for 2 systems!!  My 
muffler fell off the '81 yesterday.)
