Oh yeah.  Not infrequently either.  Check that you're feeding it 12V
(measure at the black wire running along with the antenna, after you
pull the radio for access).  If so, then you've probably got a dead amp
in the fuba itself.  You'll have to replace the whooole thing,
including the wire.  You'll find this a good opportunity to to a very
good cleaning on your car.  Check the archives for the particular
prodeure, its been discussed here within the last four months or so.
