front swway bar re-re-revisited

Ok....

1- does a big front sway bar aid/hamper handling?

2- does/does not strengthen chassis?

3- is a good/bad idea


I was always mixed on the handling aspect, in some ways it seemed better,
but in others it didn't...

I was just talking to Dick Shine and he says that using a bigger than stock
sway bar for a scirocco actually is bad for the chassis.....which totally
fucks my view that it was a good way to re-enforce the chassis...

soooo...ideas?
