the lengths some people will go
I had a video game when I was a kid. It was a
radio-shack 10$ human vs alien Destroyer ripoff
whatever that I got for christmas. 3 lines of aliens
that got progressively faster (early 80's mind you).
I played it and played it to see what would happen
after 999 (only 3 lines of graphics mind you). One
night, at about 3 am I finally hit 999+ points. The
game flashed 999 continuously. I left it on to show
my parents that I had finally beat the game (I think
the batteries died before they woke up ;).
I think I turned it on once after that.
That's the only thing I love about our silly-ass
english measurements. You can go a whole lot longer
in the same increments. ;)

Up late, just finished the $$XXX Valentines-day
present, waiting on E-Brake cables and looking for a
Audi 80 2.0L swapper (my canuck source is going
bankrupt :(
