how do you get the injectors out???

Well Randy had the good idea but let me add a few tasty bits to the
stew:
- Large Needle Nose pliers, vicegrips on injector body, not on fuel
line.
- Clamping force is not required, just so things don't slip off.
- Place wood or crescent wrench across valve cover to leverage on.
(Saves on dents)
- AS you leverage, Align force in a straight line with injector's long
axis.
- As a guiding element, grasp the injector's back end and pull and
wiggle it out.
POP! Move on to the others.
BTW- WD-40 has sulfurous compounds in it, O2 sensors don't like it, so
avoid it around the combustion parts of the motor as much as possible.
