Help! Blower motor...

Any help on this one will be appreciate, I just don't have a clue what's 
going on with it... I'm only getting the blower motor to move on speed 3, 
and beside the fact of being very effective, it's kind of noisy.... I would 
like to get speed 1 and 2 back on... I got 14v at each of the 3 pins on the 
ceramic insulator on the blower, depending of what speed the control is, so 
I know the problem is not inside the car... But what should I be looking 
for, any typical thing I should check first?
