O/T Corrado Fog Lens Question

My brother has a 93 Corrado SLC and it had the dreaded fog light lens crack 
problem. He has replaced the lenses two times with ones offered from New 
Dimensions which are supposed to be stronger I guess, and therefore not 
crack. He also installed the lens protectors, but still with no luck. Is 
there some product out to replace these and won't crack?
