When you come home and the car is down for the night try spraying some
O2 sensor safe cleaner in the rubber tube connecting the Aux Air Reg (on
the back of the Intake manifold) and let it sit for awhile. Vapors
should help unstick stuff, it will burn up in the motor when you turn it
on next time. Also there is the tests I find in the Haynes (where is my
Bentley?) :
Pull unit when cold: Clear Passage?
Connect unit to 12v for 5 mins: Closed?
Check Resistance: 30 Ohms?
Check Voltage from plug w/ motor running: 12v?
If no voltage, check fuel pump relay.

If this isn't it look for sticking fuel plate, air leaks.
