I went 350#/in front, 300#/in rear. That was based on input from a lot
of sources, including Kevin Wenzel/Iain Mannix's formulas. I decided
on those rate because they are only a bit stiffer than Neuspeed race
springs. From reading his website, I believe Mr. Meze uses those, and
I also talked to a hotshoe from Bilstien named Travis...he recommended
NS race as well. Wenzel and Mannix have their car setup as race only,
so I felt their 400# front/600# rear was too much for occassional
street use.
BTW I have Bilstein HD's which Travis said would be OK AFA reliability
and performance, but recommended a revalve for optimum performance.
