Yup, its legal per the update/backdate. He can even run 9.4 solid rotors
if he wants. (think about the unspruing weight he could be saving.... one
hot tip I just slipped out there.)

Yeah, he stole them from me! I was in the proccess of buying them and Mr
moneybags walks up and plunks down the bucks. Damn theif! Sokay tho, I
got to use them for 2 events. :)
You could run a few different 13's if you use wheel spacers. (Also legal
in SP. Damn, im giving all my secrets away..)

Yup, not legal and for the autox, not neccessary either.
