fast times at Ridgemont Hi...

My son, Kevin (aventari), just came by with a report from the drags on
Sunday.
His MkI ran a best time of 14.5 @ 97mph.  (that's at 5psi boost)  He said
his best run of the day was against a C5 'Vette, but didn't get a time on
it.  (oh, yeah, the 'Vette won, but not by much)  His Yoko AVS intermediates
weren't hooking up, 2.4 sec 60-foot times, but the motor was honkin' on the
top end.
And nothing broke.
