thoughts on selling my 16v

the car is an 86.5 16v has around 180,000 on it. it needs a downpipe and a
RR caliper(e-brake doesn't work) i was thinkin of including the parts with
it,but new owner would have to get them installed. i just replaced the front
and rear motor mounts,the hood has a few dings on it from them being broken
when i bought the car. the driver sdie fender has a dent, probly would need
replaced. has 2 new yocohama tires on the front. could use new shifter
bushings. it does not have a sunroof. has a/c that works. has a fairly nice
interiour. one of the side bolsters on the drivers seat is tearing, but
other than that it is real nice. dash has 2 cracks. anyway, i'm trying to
come up with a number to sell it for. any suggestions?
