Mark,

When I did a search for the part it told me I could use an alternate

   http://mk1scirocco.com/temp/alternate.gif

Then when viewing 183-00 I see the following

   http://mk1scirocco.com/temp/lug.gif

It shows 321 877 158 and 321 877 157 as being the lugs (4).  Oddly
enough 39 doesn't show up.  HTH...
