Suggestion for your mods.

Port and polish intake
Port and polish your exhaust
4-2 Exhaust manifold
2-1 Exhaust downpipe
272 or 274 cam
audi 5K TB with port and polish match intake
Big bore intake tube
overbore block from 81.5 to 83mm (loss og MPG here)
balanced cam/crank and engine
lightened flywheel (8lbs should be enough)

you might get 110-130HP at the CRANK! not at the wheels
