OT: Computer Viruses (was Re: ATTN Brett)

hey all,
    i'm starting to get alot of these emails too. i haven't opened one yet 
cause they set off my virus alert, but how would i check my computer just to 
be on the safe side? and if one off us does have this thing how to cure?
