Fuel pump queston

[Rabbit16v@attbi.com (Rabbit16v)]

Isn't this an accumulator problem?  I thought the accumulator maintained
system pressure so that the car wouldn't have to start up from air the next
time it was started.  Maybe I'm thinking of something else (a valve or
something), can't remember everything!
