re accumulator/fuel pressure regulator problems? help asap ;(

Faulty fuel accum will cause hard starting after the car has sat for awhile.

Faulty fuel pressure regulator would cause lean or rich running conditions at inappropriate temperatures.

Now...your saying that your fuel pump doesn't run when the car has sat for 5 or 10 minutes after it has been hot? Or is it more like, you have to floor the crap out of it, and it takes it forever to start when it has only been sitting for 5-15 mintues? (Been there, done that btw...sounds like that is what you are experiencing). I replaced the accumulator, it made a difference in my hard hot start issue, not a huge difference, but it did help. I have a new one for sale btw :-)
