You'd have to know Ron to understand.. it could only be procrastination
if he were actually "putting it off", but I'm quite sure he isn't - he
just isn't in any hurry to get it done. Ron is not motivated by money,
he's your typical laid-back southern California-type guy, kinda like
Jeff Spicoli on a fistful of reds. He only works 4 days a week and
local people clamor for the chance to get an appointment for Ron to
work on their cars. He really is legendary around these parts. And
a helluva nice guy too.
My advice at this point is that someone else is gonna have to pick up
the torch somehow or this thing will never get done.
