[ot] other uses for a fuel pump

  i had to replace the fuel pump in my '86 the other day (not really not
working, just not sounding good) and got to wondering about what other
application a fuel pump could be used. i was thinking about a secondary
water pump, though i'm not sure if it'd pump fast enough. the other
thing i was thinkg about was a trans oil cooler. it'd be difficult with
a manual trans, but it was an idea. perhaps mating it up with an old
heater core of something. just curious if anyone ever tried anything so
crazy.
