I see a lot of that stuff is a lot of different stores. I always =
thought the same double numbers in the cents column was a code for where =
they are at profit wise (77 means losing money, 88 breaking even, 99 =
making money), but that's just a guess!!

There was an article in todays Sacramento Bee about how a Target =
Store customer spotted shorts and hats with an "88" logo on them and =
them complained to the management. Aparantly Target will be pulling all =
those items nationwide.
