My first car was a 76 MGB, so I have first hand experience with "Lucas, the 
Prince Of Darkness".  Was about to leave the gas station one night and went 
to turn the lights on...rocker switch exploded into a dozen pieces in my 
hand.  Luckily, as shitty as their wiring is, it's also simple to fix to get 
you home.  The whole car had 5 fuses.  If you count the one I added for the 
radio, it had 6.
