*#!&ing speed-o gear
Whoever that guy you know is, tell him he's a damn god. Dropped in some
gear oil (tranny needed it anyway) let the car idle a bit, nothing
happpened. Reved the car a bit and the gear popped into view. Used a claw
tool to grab it and 20min later I have a working speed-o in the wifes cabby
for the first time in a year. Figured since she wasn't home and I just put
that speedo in and upgraded to 14" tires, the cabby needed a test drive.
I'm beyond pleased. The ride is smoother and I can see how fast I'm going
as well. Thanks to all that replied, the wife is now about 15min from home
and she has no idea that she's going to get to drive her cabby to work
tomorrow :-)
