temps on the rise
Make sure your fan is functioning, also, check the thermostat, and the flow
of the radiator, I used to have a rad that did that just fine, then all of
the sudden did what you explained, turned out the radiator needed to be
changed.

=>My car is acting a little strange. I have a new water pump I put on
=>during my swap. The temp is fine during normal driving, but when I
=>start keeping the rpms high, is starts to rise to the max. If I back
=>off, it will slowly come down. If I turn on the heater, it helps alot,
=>but even with that on, 10 minutes of 5000+ driving has the temp climbing
=>fast. When I had the JH in, the temp stayed in the middle no matter
=>what. I'm running 6* advance with a vacuum advance distributer. My
=>thoughts were the therostat is bad. Should I just go and get a new one?
