here's a new one on me!

well, here's what i found. the pass side harness had been hacked off and 
replaced by twisting a new connector on. there wasn't even electrical tape 
over the new "twists" or connections. once i replaced these twists with butt 
coneectors the problem went away, so i guess it was caused by the headlight 
wires grounding out against the body. either that or the problem will return 
very shortly.
