i need your opinion on hp numbers for my project please!!!!!

i am about to put a 16v together. i have a set of 272 cams, im gonna get a 9A 
block, and port and polish a 1.8 head. what kinda horse power numbers should 
i expect at the block???? i am getting mixed numbers.now i have heard that 
the cams yeild @25hp
the port and polish yeilds @20hp
the 2.0 block stock has 134 then with the 1.8 head it has around 150-155hp.
are all these numbers bogus???
i am hoping to get at least 170-175hp and adding these numbers up should get 
me 195-200bhp. could some one please help me out with this??!! thanks, L.J.
