looking for a few things

Looking for a couple of parts:
Front wiper arm - Non-Stripped.  I have good studs, but need a new arm.  
Where is the best place - dealer?

Passenger side window regulator - window is dead, switch is fine.  Anyone 
got one for a decent price that they know is good, or know of a good cheap 
source.
