16v "pill" key

well, not to be coy, but there is no hole...untill you drill one out.  The
bently shows kind of an "X" and "Y" co-ordinates on p. 10-32 of the 16v
Bentlyinthe steering section.  When I did it I missed by about 1mm and just
used the next larger bit.  The first one tok me about an hour to finagle out
of there.  The next took about 15 min.
