Vacouver listers... sunroof probs?

So anyway, I go out to lubricate the cableds in my sunroof with a can of
Fluid Film.... took the wind deflector off so I could do a better job.... go
to crank the sunroof shot (without the wind deflector) and all the cables
came loose. :o(

Any Vancouver listers wanna have a mini-tech day and help me fix this? 'Cos
I have no idea how to do it.... the cables popped when the sunroof was
almost shut. Argh!
