Gas tank recalls

They are full of shit. I called vwoa last week and asked if either of my 3 roccos were covered. they
have a new system in place and are UNABLE TO LOOK UP OLD VINS. they dont track the old vins any more
and cant even type them into their current system. there is no way possible that they could deny one
if they dont know which vins have it and which vins dont. my 'job number' was 20110746, it took the
poor girl 2 days to get back to me after much research on the matter. vwoa's number is
1.800.822.8987.
