Installing oil pressure gauge sending unit...

  Hydraulic pressure is the same everywhere in the system.  Our oiling
system is a hydraulic system.  You can tap into your oil pressure passages
anywhere and get the same reading.
  In any case, oil pressure is much more critical in the lower end than in
the head.
  Put the sending unit where it's easiest.
