OK, one more time...cabby 8v to 16v (has NOTHING to do with the "twin")

I hate to ask this to the list again, but the ONE respondent fell off the
face of the earth.

I need to know ELECTRICALLY what needs to be changed over to convert a
CIS Cabby to CIS or CIS-E 16v.  Anyone got a page on the process?  Anyone
know?
