[elec] wiper relay

  After reinstalling the wiper assembly on my '77 and hooking up the wires, I 
tried it out in all positions, and it does nothing in intermitant. I tried a 
few relays I dug out from later cars at the junk yard, and all of them run 
the wiper in low in the int. position. Yep, retraced and retraced the leads 
going by the bently, still the same. 
  Anyone have a good, older used intermitant wiper relay?
